Men – When a guy is interviewing for a job he can never go wrong with wearing a button down shirt with a tie that he tied himself. Some employers look down on guys who wears a cheap shirt with a clip on tie so if a man takes the time to dress up for the interview he is giving himself an advantage above his competitors. Women – For women the same rules apply when it comes to dressing for an interview. A woman can never go wrong with wearing a conservative suit skirt that is either black, navy blue or grey in color. Just make sure that the suit skirt is comfortable and easy to sit down in because if you’re not comfortable, the interviewer will know.

Women should also stick with a professional hair style, minimal jewelry, a little make up and light perfume. These steps will enable the interviewer to keep their focus and conduct professional and ethical interview.
