Name: Newt Gingrich

Occupation: Former Congressman, probably just a lobbyist now, also a douchebag

Charges: Returning to the political world just as he left it: as a douchebag

So finally we get to that idiot who literally made a name for himself with the "Contract With America," which actually turned out to be a "Contract With Corporations and Anyone Else Who Can Keep Us in Power." What this turned out to be was a simple method of swaying political fence-sitters to the Republican Party by outlining exactly how they were going to save America. What the contract ended up doing, of course, was simply making everything worse. Of course, you can't blame the contract--the Republicans in Congress weren't really following it at all anyway.So then Newt Gingrich tried to impeach President Clinton because Clinton got a BJ. The problem is that during this process, Gingrich was actually CHEATING ON HIS WIFE. He would later serve her divorce papers in the hospital while she was still recovering from cancer.And now Gingrich is back, and he's being treated like just another conservative political pundit. And you can expect plenty of idiotic (and no doubt hypocritical) comments to come, like this one.
